№ 02 · Why we exist
Fewer young people
on their own.
Too many 16—25 year olds arrive in a new city and quietly disappear into isolation. Signature Music exists to greatly reduce that isolation — creating a safe space where young people can interact, connect, and be known.
We do it through music and creative expression: rooms where you can sing, play, write, serve, dance or simply sit with people who are glad you came.

Universities first
We focus on university cities and smaller cities across the UK, meeting students and young workers where term-time life can feel loneliest.
Room to express
Singers, musicians, writers and creatives get a stage and a rehearsal room — expression is how many young people first find their voice.
Safe and welcoming
Every gathering is built to be a safe space: warm, unpressured, and led by volunteers who look out for the people in the room.
